Worried About Your Back Pain?

You might be one of those people that hopes your Back Pain will go away by itself because you want it to (IT WON’T). When you first injure your back, those around you are full of advice, which is usually along the lines of ‘make sure you rest’, ‘go and get some painkillers’, or even ‘just wait and see what happens’. You may follow this well-intentioned advice, but weeks and even months later, the back pain is still there and even worse than when it first started. Well-meant advice is often the worst, as rest means your spine gets weaker, more painful and stiffer, and, whilst painkillers can take away the pain, they don’t do anything to treat the root cause of your problem.
